I will refrain from negative cheering and will encourage fair play and good sportsmanship at all times. I will provide a safe and fun environment for play and will refrain from any action with may cause injury to players, coaches, other parents, or officials. I will be responsible for my own safety and remain alert to help prevent accidents. I will support the referees and coaches by trusting their judgment and integrity. I will avoid direct confrontations with other parents, players, or coaches. I will refrain from excessive celebration intended to taunt the other team and avoid excessive demonstrations of frustration or anger. LIABILITY WAIVER

I am aware that ice hockey involves inherent risks and danger that can result in injury. For allowing my team or me as a player to participate in the TIP Athlete Development Summer Skills Session, I agree to the fullest extent possible by law to WAIVE all CLAIMS that I may have against the TIP Athlete Development Summer Skills Session, Grover Ice Rink and its owners and affiliates, arising out of playing ice hockey training. By signing, this releases the TIP Athlete Development Summer Skills Session and Grover Ice Rink, and their respective affiliates, employees, as well as the league supporters, staff, officials, and volunteers, from all demands, claims, costs, and liabilities of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death which may be suffered, directly or indirectly, by a Team player, Team coach, Team official or Team invitee (or any party claiming through any of them) howsoever arising in connection with participation in or attendance at the tournament.
